Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify jack 777 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keep your profile information accurate and up to date at all times.

Jack 777 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. All available payment methods are secure and recognised local Malaysian payment channels:

Deposit Limit

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts. VIP members may have different limits depending on their membership tier.

Jack 777 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply additional charges in accordance with their own terms of service. All successful deposits are credited to your account within 5 minutes or less.

Jack 777 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed the identity verification (KYC) process.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

Jack 777 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. Withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity will be placed on hold pending investigation.

Jack 777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all Jack 777 bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x depending on the type of bonus.
• Every bonus comes with validity period as clearly stated. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirements are met will be automatically forfeited.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.
• Jack 777 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedge betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account termination.

• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

• Bonus abuse or the unfair exploitation of technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of automated software or bots that violate the rules of play.
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons unrelated to a Terms violation, any remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days. For accounts terminated due to fraud or breach of Terms, Jack 777 reserves the right to withhold the relevant funds while an investigation is conducted.

To the extent permitted by law, Jack 777 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while playing on our platform, whether resulting from game outcomes or your own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from your own negligence in maintaining the security of your account.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform.

Jack 777's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the date the claim is submitted.

Jack 777 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
